Refund and cancellation policy

Custom services: Cancellation, milestone, revision, and refund terms are confirmed in the written project scope before payment. Unless the written scope clearly states otherwise, amounts paid are refundable if the customer cancels before work begins. If a project is cancelled after work begins, any refund is based on the confirmed terms, third-party costs disclosed in advance, and the portion of work already completed. If Forge Point Solutions cancels a project, payment for undelivered work will be refunded. Nothing on this page overrides rights that cannot legally be waived.

Digital products: Because downloadable products are delivered immediately, purchases are generally final once access is provided. Contact support if a file is defective, materially different from its description, or purchased more than once by mistake. We will assess an appropriate replacement or refund. Applicable consumer rights remain in force.

Privacy policy

Forge Point Solutions collects only information reasonably needed to answer inquiries, prepare or deliver agreed work, provide customer support, process transactions through the selected payment provider, and maintain necessary business records. This may include contact details, project information, correspondence, and transaction records supplied by the payment platform.

This website does not use an account system, contact form, advertising tracker, or embedded payment credential. The hosting provider may process basic request and security logs under its own terms. Email inquiries are handled through the sender's and recipient's email providers. Payment providers and sales platforms process information under their own privacy terms; Forge Point Solutions does not receive or store full payment-card details through this website. We do not sell or rent personal information. Information may be shared with hosting, communication, payment, or service providers only as reasonably needed to operate, fulfill, support, protect, or meet legal obligations.

Information is retained only as reasonably needed for service, accounting, dispute, security, or legal purposes. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet service can promise absolute security. Terms of service

Information on this website is a general description, not a binding quote or guarantee. Custom project scope, pricing, delivery schedule, customer responsibilities, included revisions, file formats, acceptance criteria, and material limitations are confirmed before paid work begins. Work outside the confirmed scope requires a separate agreement.

Customers must provide information and materials they are authorized to use and must review deliverables for their intended application. Unless expressly agreed in writing, services and resources are not certified engineering, legal, tax, financial, medical, safety, or regulatory advice. Digital resources may have stated software, format, or compatibility requirements. Custom-deliverable ownership and usage rights are defined in the written project scope. Unless a product's terms expressly allow otherwise, purchased digital resources may be used by the buyer for the described personal or internal-business purpose but may not be redistributed, resold, sublicensed, or presented as the buyer's own product.

Forge Point Solutions may decline work that is unlawful, deceptive, unsafe, outside available capability, or inconsistent with the stated scope. Questions or complaints should be sent to the support email above so they can be reviewed directly.
